## Capabilities worth knowing

- **Low-hardness extrusion is the speciality.** Soft sections down to 30 Shore A in silicone and 40 Shore A in EPDM, held to section on the continuous vulcanizing line where soft compounds normally slump. Used where a standard 60 Shore A profile will not close under low closure force.
- **Joined, endless gaskets.** Extruded profile vulcanised end-to-end into closed loops with no glue line and no step, at large perimeters. Mitred 45-degree corner joints available for rectangular frame gaskets that must hold their shape.
- **Rubber-to-metal bonding.** Rubber vulcanised directly onto steel, stainless or brass inserts — anti-vibration mounts, bonded bushes, sealing plates, and fully encapsulated discs for irrigation valves. Inserts supplied by the customer or made in-house.
- **Tooling in-house.** New extrusion dies cut in the company's own toolroom in days rather than weeks. CNC turning and milling for inserts, fixtures and soft tools.
- **Prototyping.** First articles in both rubber and machined metal, from drawing, CAD data, a sketch, or an existing worn sample to be reverse engineered.
- **Design and technical assistance.** Help selecting compound, hardness and section, and converting a concept into a manufacturable rubber part.
