What We Manufacture

Moulded and extruded components for sealing, gasketing and vibration isolation, plus custom parts and ready-to-use compounds. Everything is made to your drawing, sample or specification. If it is rubber and it seals, we most likely make it.

Moulded Components

Cured under heat and pressure in hydraulic presses, with tooling held in-house. Best for complex geometry, tight tolerances and high repeatability.

Moulded Gaskets

Compression and transfer moulded gaskets in Silicone, EPDM, NBR, FKM and Neoprene, 20 to 90 Shore A. For flanges, enclosures and housings that see pressure and temperature cycling. Made to your drawing, or reverse-engineered from a worn sample.

O-Rings

Ready tooling for 10,000+ sizes covering BS 1806, ISO 3601 and metric standards, in every compound we mix. Static and dynamic sealing from -60°C to +230°C depending on polymer. Repeat orders on existing tooling ship fast.

Rubber Grommets

Cable and wire-entry grommets that hold IP67 and IP68 in enclosure walls. Silicone and EPDM standard, with blind closed-membrane types for unused knockouts. We design the interference fit for your panel thickness and hole size.

Pipe Joint Gaskets

Flanged and slip-joint gaskets for DI, PVC and concrete pipe. EPDM for potable water, with BS 6920 grades available, and NBR where the line carries oil. Water-tight for the life of the installation.

Washers & Gaskets

Over 1,000 standard sizes plus custom dimensions to drawing. Any of our elastomers, 30 to 90 Shore A, with fabric-reinforced grades where bolt loads would crush plain rubber. Volumes from a handful to millions.

Bushes & Anti-Vibration Pads

Bushes, mounts and machine pads that isolate vibration and spread load, including rubber-to-metal bonded types. NBR, CR and natural rubber blends chosen for your load and deflection. Send the machine weight and footprint and we do the sums.

Extruded Components

Continuously vulcanised to a constant cross-section, cut to length or joined into loops. Thousands of die profiles on hand, new dies cut to your drawing.

Profiles & Channels

Thousands of die profiles on hand: U-channels, D-sections, wiper blades, glazing and edge trims. New dies are cut in our own toolroom in days, not weeks. EPDM for weather, silicone down to a soft 30 Shore A for low closure force.

Silicone / EPDM Sponge

Closed-cell sponge profiles, cords and strips. Lower compression stress and weight than solid rubber, so lightweight doors and covers still close properly. Densities compounded to your compression-deflection spec.

Joined Gaskets & Seals

Extruded lengths vulcanised end-to-end into endless loops. A-type, D-type and P-type sections with a joint as strong as the profile itself, no glue line to fail. The standard fix for enclosure doors that leak at the corners.

Rubber Tubing

Extruded tubing in silicone, EPDM and NBR for liquid transfer, gas lines, insulation sleeves and gasketing. 1 mm to 40 mm ID, with wall thickness held to tight tolerance on the CV line.

Pharma & Food-Grade Silicone Tubing

Silicone tubing in compliant grades for food, pharmaceutical and potable water service: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR XV, USP Class VI (chapters 87 and 88) and BS 6920. 1 mm to 40 mm ID. Compliance documents travel with every dispatch.

Rubber Cords

Solid cords 1 mm to 25 mm diameter, 45 to 90 Shore A, cut to length or joined into rings. Food-grade and heat, oil and acid resistant grades offered. Often the cheapest way to seal a machined groove.

Silicone Strips · VINSA™

Specially compounded silicone strips for packing and sealing, sold under our VINSA brand. Consistent section, high tear resistance, service from -60°C to +225°C. Stocked sizes ship immediately.

Custom & Compounds

When the part or the material does not exist yet. Send us the problem and we engineer the component or mix the compound to match.

Bespoke Components

Send a drawing, a sample or a description of the problem. CAD, compound selection, tooling and production all happen under one roof, so the first article arrives in weeks. Reverse engineering of imported parts is routine work here.

Ready-to-Use Rubber Compounds

Uncured compound mixed to your spec and delivered ready for your own presses. Conductive, fire-resistant, self-extinguishing, or an extremely low compression set. We formulate it and prove it on the rheometer before dispatch.
